Finding the Business

Search for the business you want to review using the search bar or by browsing categories. Once you find the right business, go to their profile page and click the "Write a Review" button.

Choosing Your Rating

Select a star rating from 1 to 5 that reflects your overall experience. Be honest with yourself here. If the experience was good but not perfect, a 4-star rating is perfectly appropriate. Save 5 stars for genuinely outstanding experiences and 1 star for situations that were truly unacceptable.

Writing the Review Text

This is where your review becomes truly valuable to other people. Here are some tips:

Be specific. Instead of "good service," write about what specifically was good. Did they respond quickly? Were they thorough? Did they explain things clearly?

Include relevant details. When did you visit? What product or service did you use? How much did it cost relative to your expectations?

Mention both pros and cons. The most helpful reviews give a balanced picture. If the food was great but the wait was long, say both.

Keep it factual. Stick to what actually happened rather than making assumptions about the business's intentions.

Submitting Your Review

Once you are happy with your review, click submit. Your review will go through a brief moderation process to ensure it meets our community guidelines. Most reviews are approved within a few hours. If there is an issue, we will let you know what needs to be adjusted.

After Posting

You can view and manage all of your reviews from your account dashboard. The business owner may respond to your review, and you will receive a notification when they do.
