When to Edit a Review

There are several good reasons to update an existing review:

The business contacted you and resolved your issue

You had a follow-up experience that changed your opinion

You realized you made a factual error in your original review

You want to add additional details you forgot to include

How to Edit

Go to your account dashboard and find the "My Reviews" section. Locate the review you want to change and click the edit option. You can update both your star rating and the review text. Save your changes and the updated review will go through moderation again before being published.

Deleting a Review

If you want to remove a review entirely, go to your reviews in the dashboard and select the delete option. You will be asked to confirm before the review is permanently removed. Once deleted, the review cannot be recovered.

Keep in mind that deleting a review removes your feedback from the business's profile permanently. If the business resolved your issue, consider editing your review to reflect the resolution rather than deleting it. This gives other consumers useful information about how the business handles problems.

Review History

Edited reviews show a note indicating they have been updated. This transparency helps other readers understand that your opinion may have evolved based on additional interactions with the business.
