<p>Transperis is built on honest, helpful reviews. To keep the platform useful for everyone, we ask that all reviews follow these guidelines.</p>
<h3>Reviews Must Be Based on Real Experiences</h3>
<p>Only review businesses you have actually used. Reviews should reflect your genuine, first-hand experience. Do not write reviews for businesses you have never patronized, and do not write reviews on behalf of someone else.</p>
<h3>Be Honest and Fair</h3>
<p>Your review should accurately describe what happened. Exaggerating problems or inflating praise does not help anyone. If your experience was mixed, say so. Other readers appreciate balanced, truthful accounts.</p>
<h3>No Personal Attacks</h3>
<p>Criticize the experience, not individual people. Calling out specific employees by name in a negative way, using slurs, threats, or harassment of any kind will result in your review being removed and possible account action.</p>
<h3>No Conflicts of Interest</h3>
<p>Do not review your own business, a competitor's business, or a business owned by a close family member without disclosing the relationship. If you have a financial interest in the outcome, your review is not objective and will be removed.</p>
<h3>No Spam or Promotional Content</h3>
<p>Reviews should not contain advertisements, links to other websites, promotional codes, or irrelevant content. Keep your review focused on your experience with the business.</p>
<h3>Respect Privacy</h3>
<p>Do not include personal information about other people in your reviews. This includes full names of non-public employees, phone numbers, addresses, or any other private details.</p>
<h3>What Happens When Guidelines Are Violated</h3>
<p>Reviews that violate these guidelines are removed after investigation. Repeated violations can result in account suspension or permanent ban. If you see a review that you believe violates our guidelines, use the report button on the review to flag it for our moderation team.</p>
