When to Report a Review

You should report a review if you believe it:

Is fake or not based on a genuine customer experience

Contains personal attacks, threats, or harassment

Includes spam, advertisements, or promotional content

Violates someone's privacy by sharing personal information

Was posted by someone with a conflict of interest (competitor, employee, family member)

Contains discriminatory language or hate speech

How to Report

Find the review in question and click the report button (usually represented by a flag icon). You will be asked to select a reason for the report and can optionally add details explaining your concern. The more context you provide, the faster our team can evaluate the report.

Reporting a Business

If you believe a business listing contains false information, is impersonating another business, or is engaging in review manipulation, you can report it through the business profile page or by opening a support ticket with details about your concern.

What Happens After You Report

Our moderation team reviews every report. The review remains visible while under investigation unless it poses an immediate safety concern. You will not receive a notification about the outcome of every report due to privacy considerations, but rest assured that each one is investigated thoroughly.

Reporting in good faith is always encouraged. However, repeatedly reporting reviews simply because they are negative (without any actual guideline violation) may result in your reporting privileges being reviewed.

Response Times

Most reports are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Complex cases that require deeper investigation may take longer. If you have an urgent safety concern, flag it in a support ticket marked as high priority.
