<p><strong>Account Analysis:</strong> We look at the overall behavior of accounts, not just individual reviews. An account that was created minutes before posting its first and only review raises different flags than an established account with a history of diverse, detailed feedback.</p>
<h3>What Happens to Fake Reviews</h3>
<p>Reviews identified as fake are removed from the platform. Depending on the severity and pattern, the account that posted the review may be suspended or permanently banned. Businesses caught soliciting or purchasing fake reviews may face listing suspension.</p>
<h3>Reporting Suspicious Reviews</h3>
<p>Every review on Transperis has a report button. If you see something that looks fake or fraudulent, flag it. Include a brief explanation of why you believe the review is not genuine. Our moderation team investigates every report and takes action when violations are confirmed.</p>
