Choose a Strong Password

Your password should be at least 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using obvious choices like your name, birthday, or common words. Do not reuse passwords from other sites.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is the single most effective thing you can do to protect your account. Even if someone discovers your password, they cannot log in without the code from your authenticator app. See our separate article on setting up 2FA for step-by-step instructions.

Watch for Phishing Attempts

Transperis will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for your login credentials, it is a scam. Always log in by typing transperis.com directly into your browser rather than clicking links in emails.

Review Your Account Activity

Periodically check your account for any reviews or actions you do not recognize. If you see activity that was not yours, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

Keep Your Email Secure

Your email is the key to recovering your Transperis account. If someone gains access to your email, they can reset your Transperis password. Make sure your email account also uses a strong, unique password and two-factor authentication.

What to Do If Your Account Is Compromised

If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, take these steps immediately:

Change your Transperis password

Change the password on the email account linked to your Transperis account

Enable two-factor authentication if you have not already

Open a support ticket to report the unauthorized access

Review your recent account activity and flag any actions that were not yours
