What Is Two-Factor Authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step to your login process. After entering your password, you also need to enter a temporary code from an authenticator app on your phone. This means that even if someone gets your password, they still cannot access your account without your phone.

Setting Up 2FA

Go to your account settings and find the Two-Factor Authentication section. Click "Enable" and you will see a QR code on screen. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or any compatible app) and scan the QR code. The app will start generating 6-digit codes that refresh every 30 seconds.

Completing the Setup

After scanning the QR code, enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app into the confirmation field on Transperis. This verifies that everything is working correctly. Once confirmed, 2FA is active on your account.

Logging In With 2FA

The next time you log in, after entering your email and password, you will be prompted to enter a code from your authenticator app. Open the app, find the Transperis entry, and type in the current code. The code changes every 30 seconds, so make sure you enter it before it expires.

What If I Lose Access to My Authenticator App?

If you lose your phone or cannot access your authenticator app, contact our support team through the support portal. We will verify your identity and help you regain access to your account. We recommend keeping a backup of your 2FA recovery codes in a safe place when you first set it up.
