<h3>Accessing Your Settings</h3>
<p>Log in to your Transperis account and click on your name or avatar in the top right corner. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu. This takes you to your account settings page where you can manage all of your personal information.</p>

<h3>Changing Your Name</h3>
<p>Your first and last name appear on your profile and next to any reviews you write. To update them, edit the name fields on the settings page and click save. The change takes effect immediately across the platform.</p>

<h3>Updating Your Email Address</h3>
<p>You can change the email address associated with your account from the settings page. After changing your email, you may need to verify the new address before certain features work again. We will send a verification link to your new email.</p>

<h3>Changing Your Profile Photo</h3>
<p>A profile photo makes your account more recognizable and adds credibility to your reviews. Upload a clear photo of yourself from the settings page. The image should be a standard format like JPG or PNG and will be automatically resized to fit.</p>

<h3>Password Changes</h3>
<p>To change your password, go to the password section in your settings. You will need to enter your current password and then type your new password twice to confirm it. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page instead.</p>
