Review Time
My experience with QuickFix Auto Repair was frustrating from start to finish. Nothing went as planned, the quality was subpar, and getting anyone to respond to my concerns was like pulling teeth. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make some changes.
QuickFix Auto Repair did what they said they would do, but the execution felt rushed. The staff was polite enough but didn't seem particularly invested in going the extra mile. It's an okay option if you need something done but don't expect to be wowed.
QuickFix Auto Repair provides excellent service at a fair price. The staff is friendly and competent, and they clearly know their stuff. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the initial response time was a bit slow, but once we got going everything was great.
QuickFix Auto Repair did a great job handling my needs. They were thorough, professional, and delivered on time. I'd give 5 stars but the parking situation at their location could be better. Minor gripe though - the service itself was excellent.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend QuickFix Auto Repair. Multiple missed deadlines, poor communication, and a final result that was nowhere near what was promised. I've tried reaching out to resolve the issues but responses have been slow. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
