ByteStream Gaming provided an adequate service but I feel there's room for improvement. The end result was fine but the process was a bit disorganized. Communication could have been better - I had to follow up several times to get updates. Not bad, but not great either.

ByteStream Gaming provides excellent service at a fair price. The staff is friendly and competent, and they clearly know their stuff. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the initial response time was a bit slow, but once we got going everything was great.
