<p>The reviews section shows all reviews posted on your business profile. You can filter by rating, date, or response status. Reviews that have not been responded to yet are highlighted so you can prioritize them. Click on any review to read it in full and post your response.</p>
<h3>Business Profile Management</h3>
<p>From the dashboard you can update all of your business information at any time. This includes your business description, contact details, operating hours, logo, and cover image. Keep this information current because outdated details can frustrate customers and hurt your credibility.</p>
<h3>Support</h3>
<p>If you run into any issues with your listing or need help with your account, you can open a support ticket directly from your dashboard. Our team monitors business owner tickets closely and aims to respond within 24 hours.</p>

<p>The settings section lets you manage your account preferences, change your password, and configure notification settings. You can choose to receive email notifications when new reviews are posted, when customers reply to your responses, and other important updates.</p>
